The Role
We are currently seeking a Digital Procurement Systems Manager for a 12 month fixed-term role within our Supply Chain & Procurement team.
This position focuses on technical integrations and systems enhancements, primarily working with Coupa, the world’s market leader in spend management.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of procurement processes within a leading facilities management organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development and project delivery for DWP contract mobilisation and stabilisation
- Collaborate with BI team to produce P2P (Procure to Pay) compliance reports and identify performance improvements
- Guide business compliance with Coupa and other procurement systems
- Work with Financial Service Centre to streamline supplier experience using industry best practices
- Assist with ad hoc tasks across Supply Chain and Procurement functions
- Manage system design and delivery, including Coupa releases, integration, and data migration
About You
- Experience with Coupa or similar Procure to Pay (P2P) systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP Ariba.
- Proven experience building APIs or system interfaces (such as EDI / cXML, or equivalent).
- Good understanding of supply chain, procurement and P2P processes.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills and ability to promote change.
- Forward-thinking, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills (essential) - with any experience with Power BI seen as desirable.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. degree in Information Systems) preferred but not essential.
