Digital Product Manager – Multiple Levels (hybrid/remote)
New Yesterday
At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.
Your role in the team
At Allstate, we’re building something different, and we’re doing it at extraordinary scale. As Allstate’s European Digital Centre of Excellence, we’re not just adopting modern engineering practices; we’re defining them. We’ve transformed into an AI first, cloud native, product driven organization where digital product engineering powers how we deliver protection to millions of customers.
We’re engineering at a scale few organizations ever reach. Over the past three years, Allstate has reimagined its entire digital ecosystem – modernizing our platforms, reinventing our operating model, and embedding a frontier mindset that puts customer experience at the center of every decision. Today, we’re designing and building next generation protection products that are simpler, faster, and more connected than anything that came before. And we’re only accelerating. As a Product Engineer, you’ll shape platforms from the ground up, work on high impact digital experiences used across the US market and help define what the future of protection feels like for customers.
Joining us means stepping into a high performance culture where ownership is real, collaboration is deep, and technology is used to amplify people – not replace them. We’re a company that is curious, adaptive, responsible, and ambitious. If you want to do work that matters visibly, tangibly, and at scale, this is the place to build the most meaningful chapter of your career.
