About The Role

We’re looking to transform Wren’s suite of websites into market‑leading digital experiences for our kitchen, bedroom, and trade offerings. By enhancing our digital capabilities with enterprise‑level tools, we aim to connect online and in‑store journeys, leverage data to improve customer journeys, and deliver the best kitchen and bedroom buying process in the world.

As Digital Product Owner, you’ll act as the voice of the customer and the business, leading the definition, prioritisation, and delivery of high‑value digital solutions that drive real impact.

This is a hybrid role based in Barton‑Upon‑Humber.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of needs and priorities.
  • Define and maintain a clear, prioritised list of work that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
  • Continuously refine upcoming work to ensure clarity, feasibility, and readiness for delivery.
  • Make day‑to‑day prioritisation decisions based on business value, user feedback, and technical input.
  • Collaborate with delivery leads, UX, and QA to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
  • Own the delivery rhythm (e.g. sprint planning, review, backlog refinement) alongside the team.
  • Monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure transparency of work in progress and planned work.
  • Evaluate the impact of delivered work and adapt future priorities based on feedback and performance.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

  • Extensive agile delivery experience, driving complex digital initiatives end‑to‑end.
  • Proven track record of owning and shaping digital product or technical workstreams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication, influencing teams and senior leaders.
  • Hands‑on collaboration with developers, analysts, UX/UI designers, and testers.
  • Skilled at breaking down complex initiatives into actionable, high‑value deliverables.
  • Ability to balance technical detail with business strategy to deliver measurable impact.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
