Drive Digital Success in the World of Specialty Chemicals

About the Role
As the EMEA Digital Product Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging product management and marketing, ensuring our specialty chemicals portfolio is effectively merchandised and promoted online. From crafting compelling product pages to leading data-driven digital campaigns, you'll be instrumental in driving engagement and conversions on our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Digital Merchandising – Ensure our specialty chemicals are accurately represented, strategically positioned, and optimized for user experience on our website.
- Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns – Develop and execute SEO, PPC, and email product focussed campaigns to increase visibility and sales, continuously refining strategies based on performance insights.
- Act as the Product-Marketing Bridge – Work closely with product management to translate technical product details into engaging, customer-friendly online content. Empower product teams to merchandise and write content effectively.
- Collaborate with Suppliers – Partner with key suppliers and internal teams to create cohesive digital marketing strategies, supplier pages, and product-focused campaigns.
- Optimize Performance & Insights – Regularly monitor website engagement, conversions, and traffic, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in digital merchandising or digital marketing, ideally within B2B or technical industries. Experience ina Speciality Chemicals industry would be beneficial but is not required.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing KPIs and making strategic adjustments.
- Strong SEO, PPC, and email marketing expertise to drive digital growth.
- Ability to translate technical product details into compelling online content.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work with product teams, suppliers, and digital specialists.
Hybrid/remote with travel to the Bradford or Middlesbroughoffice beneficial
