Overview

As a Digital Project Manager at Pulse Innovations, you will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of digital products, such as websites and mobile apps, working alongside a Programme Manager and Programme Director. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of consumer-facing software products with the support of a Programme Manager/Director
• Facilitate scrum meetings in an Agile environment, ensuring effective collaboration
• Maintain project reporting and controls to track delivery status
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues, both internally and externally
• Be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships
• Take ownership of the project budget, tracking team size and deliverables to ensure the project stays on budget
• Ensure project requirements are clearly captured and documented
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality across teams and processes
• Experience in managing digital projects from start to finish, particularly websites and/or mobile apps
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and delivering products in an agile environment
• Proven experience managing project budgets
• Understanding of web and mobile technology, as well as software development processes
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of measuring team velocity and tracking project scope
• Ability to identify process improvements to enhance delivery and product quality
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering results
• Solution-oriented, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on
• A collaborative team player who enjoys leading and supporting team success
• Adaptable, accountable, and solution-focused in your approach to project management

Qualifications

• Experience in managing digital projects from start to finish, particularly websites and/or mobile apps
