Overview

Digital Sales Specialist at Crayon with responsibility for acquiring new customers and partners, as well as retaining existing ones. You will communicate with customers through various channels, including social media, and work with lead generation and follow-up of sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell from other key services and vendors within the cyber security portfolio, in collaboration with Account Managers.

Responsibilities

• Grow your book of business by proactively generating new qualified leads
• Conduct cold calling to prospects using various communication channels
• Document activities, forecast opportunities accurately, and communicate adequate information about new opportunities
• Collaborate with customer teams toward common goals, account plans, and retention strategies
• Support acquiring new customers and partners and retaining existing ones
• Communicate with customers across multiple channels and social media platforms
• Work with lead generation and follow-up to up-sell and cross-sell

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing)
• Ideally 6+ months of experience in lead generation and/or cold calling
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, IT, or a related field (advantageous)
