We are seeking a Digital Senior Account Manager to shape and execute innovative digital strategies for healthcare clients. You will lead data-driven social and digital campaigns across multiple therapeutic areas, collaborating with healthcare communications specialists, paid media and analytics teams, and cross-functional colleagues to ensure creative ambition, compliance and measurable results.
The team
You'll join a large team of digital strategists and healthcare communications experts offering deep, sector-specific expertise and award-winning creativity. The healthcare and digital teams are a diverse group of strategists, scientists, industry professionals, journalists, advocates and media professionals, all specialists within their fields.
The role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and executing innovative digital strategies for our healthcare clients. You’ll leverage data-driven insights and audience-first thinking, leading the development and delivery of impactful social and digital campaigns across a range of therapeutic areas. You’ll collaborate with healthcare communications specialists, paid media and analytics experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure our work is creatively ambitious, compliant, and measurable. You’ll oversee the integration of paid, earned, and owned channels, champion digital best practices, and continuously seek out new trends, tools, and technologies to keep our clients ahead of the curve. You’ll mentor colleagues and foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team. Your expertise will drive awareness, engagement, education and reputation goals for our clients—ensuring excellence in both strategy and execution.

About You
- A digitally fluent communicator with experience in healthcare communications and a passion for digital and social media excellence.
- Excited by the evolving digital landscape, including AI tools for content creation, generative search optimisation and conversational AI, immersive digital experiences, interactive content, and emerging healthcare platforms.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital/social media strategy and execution within a healthcare communications, PR, or agency environment.
- Experience working across audiences (HCPs, patients, policy makers, regulators) and channels (social, paid, HCP-specific channels, etc.).
- Understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing multichannel campaigns from conception through execution.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to work in the Bankside office at least 3 days per week.
