About the Role:

As a Digital Senior Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leading businesses across Ireland and the UK—leading digital consulting engagements, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the future direction of OutForm—all while growing your own career in a supportive, ambitious, and people-first consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead measurable business improvement and transformation projects that make a lasting difference for clients.
  • Shape and implement complex business change and transformational programs.
  • Effectively lead and manage sub-workstreams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Play an active role in business growth—supporting referrals, building networks, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Plan, monitor delivery, and report on projects, providing business insights.
  • Manage and engage multi-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning trust as a strategic partner

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of industry or consulting experience in the utilities, manufacturing, or
  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, monitoring delivery, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with high levels of empathy.
  • Highly commercial and interested in contributing to business development activities.
  • Passion for developing leadership style, leveraging personal strengths and values.
  • A curious mindset and the ability to quickly understand client challenges, turning them into digital opportunities.
  • The ability to work in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Preferred Data and Digital Experience including but not exclusive to:

  • Microsoft Power Platform / Fabric- Experience and strong capability in developing solutions using MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience in designing and implementing solutions in MS Fabric.
  • Digital Strategy – Experience in digital and technology strategy and enhancement
  • recommendation. Experience in creating conceptual data maps and data schemas. Experience in data strategy and architecture design management.
  • Experience in mapping and providing recommendations for enterprise architecture.
  • Data Governance – Experience and understanding of best practice data governance and
  • assurance processes.
  • Data Analysis – able to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Experience in dashboard and report development.
  • Data Engineering - Proficiency in automating ETL processes and creating data pipelines.
  • Preferably knowledge in SQL database architecture (implementation and management), data model design and implementation, SQL query development. Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure. Experience working with APIs and integrating systems.
  • Solutions Architecture – Experiencing in designing solutions and systems to deliver to client requirements. Experience developing applications and automating business processes.
  • Business Analysis skillset – Able to quickly diagnose and recommend digital solutions, and capture functional / non-functional requirements. Experience in process mapping and design, and developing user stories. Accreditation not essential but preferred.
  • Presentation / Client management skillset – able to capture requirements, present solutions and manage client expectations.
  • AI – knowledge and usage of AI tools, particularly LLMs to create efficiencies.
