Salary: Up to £39,000 p.a (Dependent on experience)

About the role
As a Digital Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering clear and engaging digital communications, leveraging research and analytics to enhance digital performance and engagement.
You will manage website content and campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders to optimise performance and achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital Change team (Developers, Business Analysts, Testers) to implement website changes.
- Deliver high-quality campaign content for the Society’s website, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage and optimise website content for key events, including AGMs and financial results.
Secondment: Up to 15 months maternity cover

About you
You should be enthusiastic about digital marketing, with a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a talented team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in digital marketing and campaign management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude and creative mindset
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Knowledge of web analytics
Desirable experience includes:
- Experience with search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Understanding of UX principles
