Based on experience, newly uncovered research, or through collaboration and co-creation, you will be responsible for developing new creative approaches to the application of technology and its potential to enhance the brand experience and drive innovation into our processes and solutions. You will synthesize key inputs (client briefs, research, background materials, analytics, etc.) to develop strategic solutions concisely and articulately.This role is to focus and guide the integration of physical and digital brand-building across the entire customer journey. From initial brand strategy and identity development through to the brand experience touchpoints.
