Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Lorien Digital Tagging and Tracking Manager (Senior Web Analyst) | Leading Digital Business | Hybrid – North West (2–3 days per week in the office) | Salary: £55-£60K + bonus + benefits Our client, a market leader in the digital sector, is seeking a Senior Analyst looking to make the step up into a Digital Tagging and Tracking Manager role to drive their data strategy and measurement framework. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a specialist team and shape the data infrastructure powering a high-growth, technology-driven business. The Role: As Digital Tagging and Tracking Manager, you will own the end-to-end tagging and tracking strategy, ensuring robust data collection, governance, and actionable insights across a complex digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into a clear, scalable data strategy that empowers decision-making at every level. Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement the digital tagging and tracking strategy across web and app platforms Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tagging and analytics specialists Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver actionable insights Manage relationships with analytics vendors and oversee tool selection and implementation Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and implementation issues
About You:
Extensive experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, server-side GTM essential) Proven track record in data governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder management Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale data projects Excellent communication and project management skills
