Overview of the role

You will support the Marketing & E‑commerce team in driving our digital presence, creating engaging content, and executing digital campaigns for Pedigree Wholesale and our brand partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & E‑commerce department with digital transformation strategy.
• Create engaging digital content for the Pedigree Wholesale website.
• Use digital channels – email, social media, organic and paid – to drive customer engagement and business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure consistent digital communications.
• Support trade marketing activation across all channels.
• Analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Competency and behaviours

• Passionate about marketing and eager to make an impact.
• Experience in digital marketing or marketing communications, ideally in B2B, retail or wholesale.
• Strong understanding of digital channels – website CMS, email marketing, social media and analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach working across stakeholders.
• Experience with BigCommerce, SEO or digital advertising is a bonus.

Pay and benefits

• Full‑time, permanent role, annual salary between £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE).
