The firm has invested in technology and supports growth through acquisitions and private investment.Purpose of the roleAffinia is seeking a dynamic individual to join the firm as our Digital Facilitation Expert. This is a newly created role to cope with business demands, offering the chance to make a real impact. The role will work with the Digital Solutions and Cloud Accounting team to support their requirements and to support the wider business.AccountabilitiesHelp drive adoption, optimisation and integration of our Cloud AppStack (Xero, Dext, Fathom, etc.).Act as a subject matter expert for finance technology, supporting both internal teams and clients.Serve as a key point of contact for clients on digital finance solutions and service delivery.Translate client needs into practical cloud accounting solutions and workflows.Support clients with transformation of their finance systems and processes.Support the Head of Digital Finance in strategic initiatives and act as deputy where required.Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.Skills/QualificationsProven experience with change managementExperience supporting clients with Digital TransformationCertification in relevant cloud accounting platformsACCA qualification or part-qualified beneficialProven experience working with Xero, Dext and FathomCore BenefitsOpportunity to purchase 3 extra days holiday per yearFull study support including tuition fees and paid study daysProfessional membership supportAuto enrolment Pension Scheme with True PotentialDeath in ServicePaycare – claim money back for Dental / Optical / Professional TherapiesAgile/Hybrid Working PolicyDress for your Diary PolicyAffinia is a flexible business with a hybrid working model.
