Job Details

This is more than a technical role; it is an opportunity to shape how organisations work. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing intelligent workflows that free people from repetitive tasks and unlock their productivity. Working closely with colleagues, customers, and partners, you will transform processes and integrate cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions.

  • Design, build, and optimise workflow solutions using leading third-party tools and platforms.
  • Analyse processes with internal teams and customers to identify improvements and implement scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Integrate systems through APIs and microservices to ensure seamless performance across platforms.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and document solutions; ensure smooth handover to support teams.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Professional Services to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep solutions innovative and competitive.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role is fully remote and home-based; attendance at offices is required periodically for meetings and training.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in workflow-driven solutions (e.g. Objectif Lune), document management systems (Therefore, DocuWare), and OCR technologies (Ancora).
  • Proficiency with APIs, microservices, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Knowledge of MySQL/MSSQL; Python or other scripting languages a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
