Are you an expert at marketing automation and direct outreach? As a startup growth agency, we need support from an expert who can generate demand across a number of exciting high-growth companies. You'll be working with a member of our team to develop our outbound marketing channels, predominantly using LinkedIn and email marketing. Growth Division are on the hunt for the best startup marketing experts globally. We're looking for people who are passionate about learning how to build high-growth companies and comfortable working with startups. You must be a specialist marketer and have deep experience in a certain channel to market. You will work with a number of clients in this area to help validate or invalidate whether it is a scalable channel to market.

Your aim: Find and validate a scalable channel to market for Growth Division clients.

Responsibilities

• Continuously running experiments and testing new ideas
• Adding and managing your experiments in Growth Division's portal
• Setting up best-in-class tooling
• Reporting back to clients on a monthly basis
• Being available for questions and tasks on Slack
• Studying how to stay at the top of your game
