Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic advisory engagements with local authorities on commercial real estate-led regeneration, including retail, office, leisure, and mixed-use schemes.
- Provide expert guidance on development viability, funding structures, and investment partnerships.
- Shape regeneration strategies that align with local economic priorities and national policy goals.
- Support councils in navigating planning, land assembly, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with internal specialists in housing, transport, energy, and finance.
- Represent the organisation at senior forums, industry events, and government roundtables.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 10+ years' experience in commercial real estate development, regeneration, or investment advisory.
- Proven track record delivering or advising on complex, place-based regeneration projects in partnership with local authorities.
- Strong understanding of public-private development models, viability assessments, and funding mechanisms (e.g., JV structures, institutional capital, levelling-up funds).
- Deep knowledge of local government planning, land use policy, and economic development.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
