YOUR ROLE
The Business Technology practice is a leading advisory and technology innovation team across the UK and Europe. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, digital experience, emerging technology and engineering services. The focus is on delivering digital transformations, embedding new agile ways of working, driving value from new technologies, and creating lean, agile operating models.

Role Contributions
- Business Development – Lead and contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, pitch development, client hosting at events
- Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, offering development
- Learning & Development – Training, certifications and skills development to support career progression
YOUR PROFILE
Director level candidate with proven experience in winning, delivering and leading digital transformations from a product & agile perspective, ideally within the Energy, Transition and Utilities sector. Must have a passion for enabling technology and transforming business operations. The role requires leading sales and delivery work, growing people, developing Digital Excellence capability, and generating new business of >£2m per annum.
- Extensive experience shaping digital transformation programmes and embedding new products
- Experience transforming IT and OT business functions, driving programme delivery in line with strategic goals
- Expertise delivering digital delivery and innovation to Energy, Transition and Utilities clients
- Knowledge or experience with smart grid, IoT asset management, data platform modernisation, monitoring tools, CRM for billing, field service optimisation, digital twin technologies
- Expert in digital delivery & strategy, enabling multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformation and new experiences
- Expert facilitation skills for programme planning, product vision, design thinking, strategy, roadmap and visioning
- Current or former experience in a major consulting firm or industry with proven ability to succeed in a matrix environment and secure client commitment for consulting solutions
- Experience in proposition building and delivery
- Business development – generate ~£2m of consulting revenue through a combination of network, relationships, and firm assets
