Position: Director of Corporate Services & Finance

Location: PlayBoard NI, 7 Crescent Gardens, Belfast

Salary: £49,590 – £52,662

Contract: Permanent

Travel: Mileage reimbursed for work-related travel

Responsibilities

• Lead on all aspects of finance and management accounting, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and income opportunities are maximised.
• Oversee HR and administration, embedding best practice and ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Provide strategic financial insight to colleagues and the Board to shape decisions and drive the organisation forward.
• Ensure good governance and compliance, supporting the Board to meet legal and regulatory responsibilities.
• Contribute to shaping PlayBoard’s strategy to strengthen the organisation’s impact now and in the future.

• Confident and experienced leader with a strong background in finance and corporate services. You bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire others. You share a passion for making a difference and helping PlayBoard grow as a trusted, impactful organisation.
