About the Role
As the Director of Digital Channels, you will spearhead the development and execution of the bank's digital strategy across all customer-focused platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a modern, secure, and seamless experience across various digital banking channels, including web, mobile, and core systems related to customer engagement, onboarding, trade finance, and CRM.
This influential, cross-functional position will provide the chance to collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, technology, and operations teams. You will blend innovation with efficiency to ensure customer journeys are seamless, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the digital channels strategy aligning with business objectives
- Take ownership of the complete customer journey across key digital platforms
- Drive ongoing improvement and innovation in digital product delivery
- Monitor platform performance and work with technology teams on enhancements
- Ensure digital initiatives are in line with transformation and growth goals
- Contribute as a key voice in executive discussions concerning customer experience and digital initiatives
About You
We are looking for a senior digital leader with extensive expertise in digital banking and transformation. You should seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, demonstrating a strong record of delivering impactful digital change in regulated environments.
You will possess:
- More than 10 years of experience in digital banking with a proven track record in senior leadership roles
- A deep understanding of digital platforms and customer journey optimization in financial services
- Proven skills in leading complex, cross-functional digital transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with core banking systems and CRM tools, including Salesforce
- A commercially astute mindset with a focus on driving innovation and customer value
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at executive and board levels
