Real Assets Consultant | Hiring for Sales and Investment Opportunities

Selby Jennings is partnering with a global real estate private equity firm with offices across Europe and the United States. With a focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies, the platform deploys fully discretionary capital through commingled funds, co-investment vehicles, and recapitalisations.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives for European and UK-focused vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and consultants.
• Support the development of marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor communications.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor meetings, and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and investment teams to align fundraising strategy with firm objectives.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in fundraising for real estate private equity or alternative investments.
• Strong network across European and UK institutional investors.
• Deep understanding of real estate strategies, particularly value-add, opportunistic, and core.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel across Europe.
