Director of Housing Property Services needed in Bristol

The rate is £659.52 per day PAYE.

The successful candidate will need experience in restructuring, repair & maintenance, and Asset Strategy. It is a hands-on role, with an expectation to be onsite three days a week, and the option to work remotely for one or two days.

This is a senior leadership role. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, affordable, and energy-efficient homes, and delivering sound financial and environmental returns on property and glebe assets, including developments and sales.

They will oversee high-level advice on buildings and land ownership as required, and support those seeking to maintain or develop their facilities and buildings in support of organizational and community development.
