Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to build, coach, and grow high‑performing sales teams. You’ll shape our regional sales strategy, drive results through your people, and unlock new growth for Pax8 across the UK & Ireland.
You’ll lead our four Regional Sales Managers, empowering them to smash goals, light up our partner ecosystem, and deliver game‑changing results.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow amazing teams
- Lead, coach, and develop managers to build high‑performing, high‑energy sales teams that thrive on accountability and impact
- Create a winning culture where people love to learn, collaborate, and succeed together
- Coach, mentor, and empower leaders to inspire confidence, empathy, and ownership
- Drive performance and process; set clear expectations, evolve what’s not working, and build the next iteration of “how Pax8 sells”
- Forecast and deliver using our tech stack (Salesforce)
- Own your growth: learn, experiment, and stretch yourself
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading SaaS channel sales teams
- Track record of driving growth and hitting revenue goals
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical chops
- Coaching mindset that develops talent, not just performance
- Love for collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- Stellar communication skills – inspire action and clarity
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel when needed

- Have experience in managed services or partner ecosystems

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to £171,000 per annum (70/30% split, depending on experience)
Base £120,000.00 PA with OTE £51,000.00

Your Working Environment
Pax8 Bristol – The Distillery: brand‑new city‑centre office, 5‑min walk from Temple Meads. Natural light, breakout rooms, balcony spaces, wellness area, games area (Xbox, table tennis, air hockey, pool table), state‑of‑the‑art coffee machines, dual‑monitor setup, and regular social and community events.
Hybrid working: Home and office blend. Working hours 9:00 – 17:30, Monday‑Friday with flexibility.
