Requirements

• Experience: Extensive and demonstrable experience in software or digital product design, including managing diverse design teams spread over complex geographies and projects.
• Creative Vision and Strategy: A passionate creative mind with strategic thinking, capable of sustaining innovation in a constantly evolving market.
• Leadership and Portfolio: Proven experience in design leadership roles, backed by an impressive portfolio of projects.
• Trend Insight: Keen awareness of design trends and the ability to leverage them to drive brand growth.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
