Creative agency based in Central Manchester is looking for a Director of Talent & Creator to join their expanding T&C team! This role is hybrid, and open to anyone living around Manchester, London or other UK areas. Ideally, you'll be 3 days on‑site, but this could be 2 days depending on your location. With x4-6 direct reports, you will need strong experience in leading, growing and developing a team, nurturing talent and mentoring staff. Man‑management skills & experience are essential, as you will be overseeing the T&C team on a day‑to‑day basis and building culture. Excellent people skills are essential as you will need to build rapport and develop working relationships to get the best out of your team. One of the core parts to your role will be to come up with the overall strategy & vision of the T&C offering throughout the agency and with partners, campaigns and clients. You will also need to be commercially driven and be able to manage budgets, grow revenue streams, submit forecasts and make sure campaigns are profitable. It is key that you have a wealth of experience across the talent & creator industry, brand partnerships and integrated campaigns. Any experience within the sports, gaming and entertainment sectors is a real bonus. You will be working closely with creators, athletes and cultural taste‑makers. A deep understanding of talent contracts, creator platforms and measurement frameworks is essential, and you must have a strong network across talent agencies, management and platforms. You will be working with an existing roster of Talent & Creators, but an additional little black book of connections would be hugely advantageous. This is an exciting new key role for the agency!
