You will work with the Global Exec Director on the SAP account, helping to shape strategy and drive performance across multiple markets. Beyond SAP, you’ll play a key leadership role within the Performance Community, contributing to new business pitches, team training, and mentoring junior colleagues, ensuring the continued growth and success of the team. About You
Proven extensive experience managing Paid social activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter platforms. Good understanding of media agency business, either by working in or closely with an agency. Comfortable managing relationships with clients and experience managing people. Day‑to‑day contact with SAP performance teams and act as ambassador for your team. Acting as go‑to expert on social channel industry topics, able to create points of view in line with SAP business goals. Manage the workload of the team and ensure everyone has everything they need to deliver their best work. Ensure the team produces a high standard of work in line with client and agency growth plans. Ensure all teams adhere to social best practices and SAP media / Finance processes. Provide great client service while protecting your team against unreasonable demands on their time. Quickly evaluate different routes to choose the most efficient way to solve team/client challenges. In‑depth understanding of the latest social platform technologies and ability to discuss them with ease. Relish opportunities to speak with our clients and be commercially aware of new opportunities.

Flexible Working Omnicom Media Group offers a hybrid working model – three days in the office in London, two days working remotely. Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility around core hours 10:30 – 16:30. You can start as early as 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
