In Sinch´s EMEA sales region we are now looking for an experienced leader to step into the role of Director Partners & Ecosystems. In this capacity, you will build and accelerate our regional partner strategy, driving growth while continuing to evolve an ecosystem of trusted, high performing partners serving both current businesses and tomorrow's AI innovators. About the role You will be responsible for developing and executing the EMEA Partners & Ecosystems growth strategy, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and aligned with our Global Partners framework. You will be essential for growing and developing the base of existing and new regional partners in EMEA. In addition, you will evaluate, qualify, and collaborate with Sales Directors to determine the optimal offers and business models for existing as well as new partners. You will shape our product development strategy by championing the needs of our partners, advising on the latest market insights and guiding roadmap decisions to ensure our portfolio aligns with market demand and deepens our strategic alliances. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for commercial execution, with activities including structuring partner-led deals, validating opportunities, setting commercial frameworks, monitoring and reporting on sales activities, results etc. You will develop and refine our internal standards and partner governance models for how we identify, build, and expand the regional partner base. As an active member of the regional sales leadership team, you will contribute to driving growth, strategic alignment, financial outcomes, and a high-performing culture. The role is based in London, Munich, or Paris and you will report to our Executive Vice President for EMEA. Regular travel, primarily within the region, will be required to drive partnerships in-person. In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have :
Experience : A proven track record with over 10 years in a similar role, leading and managing Partner and Ecosystem businesses in the B2B SaaS or CPaaS industry. You have a background in a quota-carrying role from either Enterprise or large Mid-Market segments. You have demonstrated success in exceeding targets by selling to various players and companies in the EMEA region. Product & business development acumen : A proven ability to translate partner and market feedback into actionable, strategic insights. You have experience influencing product roadmaps to drive partner success, create market differentiation, and unlock new revenue streams. AI & technology fluency : Proficient understanding of how AI and emerging technologies are currently redefining the business environment and how they unlock new conversational communication use cases and opportunities. You understand a technical product portfolio and can identify growth opportunities with emerging business AI innovators. Industry expertise : Deep expertise in customer experience and communication technology, selling across industries such as Technology, Retail, Financial Services etc. Sales Management Excellence : Proven ability to deploy sales management frameworks, ensuring pipeline management, consistent deal execution, and strong performance for the partners team. Executive presence : Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Strategic mindset : A talent for strategic thinking, demonstrated by your ability to develop successful partner strategies, navigate complex deals landscaped, identify new market opportunities, and build lasting partnerships. Leadership & drive : You are a proactive leader who takes initiative and steers your work independently. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the agility and resilience to adapt to change. You have a natural ability to bring structure to complexity and build scalable processes. Interpersonal skills : People at all levels trust you thanks to your excellent relationship-building skills. Your verbal and written communication skills in English are exceptional. Technical proficiency : High proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office programs. You are skilled and can use and navigate in tools such as Tableau, Looker etc.
