We are seeking a Quantity Surveying Director to join our clients growing Bristol office and lead the development of their QS / cost consultancy services across the West of England. As a multi-disciplinary property consultancy with offices nationwide, they deliver cost and quantity surveying, project management and building surveying, and pride themselves on providing clients with trusted, professional advice at every stage of the property lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to shape and drive the QS offering in the region, building on a strong platform of existing relationships and a respected national brand. You will play a pivotal role in leading projects, developing client accounts and mentoring a talented team, while working closely with colleagues across their other service lines. They are open to ambitious Associate Directors ready to step up, as well as experienced Directors seeking a new challenge.
