Legal Director – Real Estate – DWF, Belfast

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals and asset management work.
• Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters.
• Support the Real Estate Partner in driving growth and continuous improvement across the team.
• Supervise and mentor other team members.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients, securing new and existing business.

Essential Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in a leading real‑estate practice.
• Proven experience managing acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold interests, and commercial landlord and tenant matters for corporate occupiers.
• Strong technical drafting and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage files independently and contribute to wider team matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach to client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven and committed to high‑quality legal advice.
• Experience leading, supervising and mentoring others.
