Role Overview

As a Director of Relationship Management, you will establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients, influence decision-making, and promote our services within the marketplace. You will manage client P&L, retain and grow revenue, and lead commercial and contractual relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute calling plans to C-suite executives
• Represent SS&C within client organizations and the broader industry
• Influence client decision-making processes
• Market new services and create demand
• Build a professional network for knowledge and opportunity sharing
• Achieve sales targets and manage client P&L
• Understand and impact financial drivers for clients
• Lead relationships and negotiations

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with client management and operations leadership
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Life & Pension services, and transfer agency services
• Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
• Strong analytical, verbal reasoning, and numeric skills
