Responsibilities / Position Overview
As the Global Director/Senior Director, Commercial Partnerships, you will support the growth of Lumanity HEOR business with global clients. Reporting to the SVP for Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will focus on achieving sales targets within target accounts, identifying and securing partnership opportunities in health economic and outcomes research (HEOR).
Essential Functions
- Lead strategic goal setting and activities within target accounts to meet sales and revenue targets, mobilizing account teams.
- Manage client outreach, engagement, onboarding, negotiations, and relationship management to generate new business.
- Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to position Lumanity services as solutions.
- Support thought leadership and showcase talent within client accounts.
- Manage opportunity pipeline to close projects aligned with account plans.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and Marketing to support account growth.
- Develop and implement HEOR Commercial & Operations Strategy and operational systems.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a proven sales or business development track record in pharma, focusing on HEOR/Market Access.
- Consultative selling mindset, capable of designing tailored solutions.
- Drive for business growth through opportunity creation within accounts.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Flexibility to travel and work across time zones.
- Ability to analyze client data and sales pipelines.
- Collaborative team player with relationship-building skills.
- Leadership qualities and decision-making confidence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related discipline.
