Disease Litigation Solicitor, NQ+, Birmingham, to c£50,000 (DOE). A new opportunity for an ambitious Disease Litigation Solicitor to join a leading team in Birmingham – JOB REF: 1165.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of litigated claims advising insurers and corporate clients.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues, supporting on more complex cases.
  • Deal directly with clients from day one and develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
  • Develop strong client relationship skills and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Applications are sought from Disease Litigation Solicitors with experience in NIHL, HAVS/WRULD and asbestos claims.
