These government-approved schemes are designed to securely safeguard tenants deposits in accordance with legal requirements throughout the duration of a tenancy.We’re pleased to offer a 12-month fixed term contract for the role of Case Handler. You’ll play a vital role within our Dispute Resolutions Team, managing cases for the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) on behalf of the UK Government. There may be an opportunity to extend the contract based on performance. This is an exciting entry point into financial services and integral to the team’s success. Location: Bristol (Hybrid). You’ll be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for part of your week. Hours: 35-hour week, Monday to Friday.
