Responsibilities

• A new role has arisen for an ambitious Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to secure a new opportunity with a recognised team in the West Midlands.
• Applications are sought from Dispute Resolution Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5+ years PQE with experience of commercial litigation.
• You will be responsible for a varied commercial litigation caseload to include contract disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and contentious probate.
