As we grow across the UK, we’re looking for two Divisional Installation Managers to cover the North (including Scotland) and South of England to lead operations, drive quality, and help scale our installation function across all brands; you will work alongside a counterpart covering the other half of the country.

Your Role

Lead a regional team of field installation managers, own the end-to-end installation process, and collaborate with recruitment, training, and compliance teams. You’ll ensure installations are high-quality, efficient, and safe while continuously improving how we work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Field Installation Managers across the North
• Ensure top-tier installation delivery across all brands
• Oversee installer recruitment and training coordination
• Improve processes and drive efficiency
• Maintain H&S and GDPR compliance

What You Bring

• Senior experience in installations or field ops, ideally B2C/fitted furniture
• Strong leadership of remote teams and subcontractors
• Track record in improving quality and efficiency
• Commercial acumen and hands-on problem solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
