About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Divisional Sponsorship Sales Director to take ownership of our Automotive events portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, drive growth, and lead a team of sponsorship sales managers while remaining hands-on with major client relationships.

The Divisional Sales Director will play a central role in building new revenue streams, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against ambitious sales targets.

Role Highlights

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand and grow the Automotive portfolio
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sponsorship sales managers to hit and exceed sponsorship sales targets
  • Personally lead on high-value sponsorship deals and key client relationships
  • Support sales managers on larger negotiations, providing guidance and senior-level expertise
  • Collaborate with delegate sales, operations, and conference production teams to maximise event success and commercial growth
  • Attending events onsite in London, Germany and potentially the US

You Will Need

  • 3–4 years of B2B sales management experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Experience closing complex, high-value sponsorship or partnership deals
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to create and deliver growth plans
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments
