We are looking for a candidate with experience in the property industry to join our team as a Document Automation Specialist.

We work directly with clients to take their report templates, optimise them, and automate them into our proprietary system—improving quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Role Overview – Document Automation Specialist

We're looking for someone with ideally 2 years' experience in document automation. Any experience within the property industry is a nice to have but not essential.

They should be comfortable reviewing client templates, providing expert suggestions, mapping data to templates, and working independently across multiple projects. Client interaction is a core part of the role, so good communication skills are essential.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong command of Microsoft Word (especially Developer Tab, Styles, troubleshooting etc.)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing several projects concurrently
  • Confident liaising with clients and taking ownership of work

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate clients' valuation report templates, identifying inconsistencies, errors, or omissions.
  • Collaborate with clients to map Valos' data automation features to corresponding sections within their templates.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to enhance and optimise valuation report templates.
  • Maintain templates by promptly incorporating client-requested updates and modifications.
  • Collaborate between the Document Automation Specialists and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • As a Document Automation Specialist you will also have the opportunity to be exposed to other aspects of the company including customer success, account management, and product development.

  • Report directly to the COO.
