Overview

Own the end‑to‑end control of project documentation for the Sizewell C AD4 Rail Scheme, ensuring timely, accurate and secure management of all information across Teamcenter/ProjectWise (client CDE) and SharePoint/BIM360 (BB/common CDE), with rigorous version control, transmittals, approvals and audit trails that meet Balfour Beatty Rail procedures and SZC/NR requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Configure and administer structures, metadata, workflows and permissions in Teamcenter (SZC) and ProjectWise.
  • Maintain document registers, container/folder structures and user access; implement change control and archiving rules.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing document flows, including technical deliverables, RAMS/WPPs, drawings and correspondence.
  • Ensure final deliverables are submitted to SZC via Teamcenter and to NR ASPRO via the agreed document control mailbox.
  • Enforce document naming conventions, metadata completeness and revision control.
  • Apply Balfour Beatty Rail Document Control procedure and requirements.
  • Progressive assurance & records.

Who we're looking for

  • Proven Data Controlling experience on major rail / infrastructure projects.
  • Exposure to Digital Progressive Assurance and field evidence capture.
  • Hands‑on with BIM360, Teamcenter and ProjectWise, plus strong SharePoint/Excel experience.
  • Good working knowledge of EIR, MIDP/TIDP, transmittals, revision control, and ISO 19650.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; confident training colleagues and engaging supply chain.
  • Good organisational & People Skills; ability to work within a team environment; ability to work in a busy and demanding environment.
