This position will be based in our London office with a hybrid schedule that has the option of working two days remotely each week.

Team Overview:

The Delegated Underwriting Team (DU) at Everest are responsible for adequately onboarding and managing third party relationships. We service our underwriting function to enable the offering of a diversified distribution solution to the underwriting portfolio.

Governance and oversight of each of the facility arrangements ensure Regulatory adherence, Operational effectiveness and Everest risk appetite are paramount to the strategic objectives of DUA at Everest.

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Delegated Underwriting Post Bind Team where a large proportion of the work will be focused on managing the Delegated Underwriting Audit process. With oversight from the Head of Delegated Underwriting Operations, you will manage audits, and facility relationships with internal Underwriting Divisions and external partners, ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines. This role involves maintaining and administering Third Party Risk Management Outsourcing Registers, and coordinating quarterly review meetings with Coverholders and Underwriters.

You will also be responsible for document review for due diligence, supporting the Profit Commission process, attending Oversight Committees, and producing data for regulatory and internal reporting. Additionally, you will adapt to evolving Third Party Oversight Management requirements and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
