V7 Recruitment are looking for a Business Unit Manager to join our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor and their team based in Manchester!

Duties include:

• Lead the rollout of digital platforms (e.g., Dalux) across projects and business units
• Create and implement project-specific digital procedures
• Support teams and supply chain in adopting digital tools
• Attend project handovers to ensure proper setup of information management systems
• Develop and share communications to build a strong digital culture
• Manage and develop team performance, training, and recruitment
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and ISO 19650 standards
• Deliver training and guidance on information management processes

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong leadership experience in Information Management and digital compliance
• Proven track record of building digital-first cultures
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 19650
• Skilled in people management and team development
• Proficient with various IM platforms and digital tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
