Duty Pharmacy Manager – Cheetham Hill FTC Location: Tesco, Manchester, England, United Kingdom About the Role At Tesco, we put people first, and our pharmacy team is no exception. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality pharmacy services, supporting pharmacists, and fostering strong relationships with the community and local health providers. Responsibilities
Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers. Play an active role in our charity support programme, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues. Help build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries. Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS‑covered items.
Qualifications
Pharmacy Degree. Passionate about leading and empowering a team. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme – we will assist with this. Complete a DBS check (organised by us) before employment.
