Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly interactive Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, a deep understanding of GDS patterns, and hands‑on experience in manual GDS. This role requires a technically skilled individual who is collaborative, proactive, and aligned with industry best practices to drive high‑quality digital transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligning with business and user requirements.
  • Work with GDS patterns to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and automation.
  • Develop and customise plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including designers, business analysts, and testers, to optimise CRM processes.
  • Ensure manual GDS compliance and execution in CRM solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise CRM functionalities for performance and reliability.
  • Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Strong understanding of GDS patterns and their application within CRM solutions.
  • Proven experience working with manual GDS processes.
  • Proficiency in C#,.NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure services and cloud‑based CRM implementations.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
