Client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & AX Functional Consultant with strong HR module expertise to join our team.

Location: Lincolnshire (Hybrid, 1–2 days onsite per week)

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 HR implementations (requirements, design, testing, cutover & go-live).
• Own deliverables such as functional design, configurations, SIT/UAT support, and deployment.
• Work with stakeholders across all levels and manage small consultant teams.
• Drive HR data migration, integration, and testing activities.
• Facilitate client workshops, status reporting, and solution ownership.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years ERP experience with Dynamics 365 HR / AX 2012.
• 3–4 full lifecycle implementation projects.
• Strong HR functional expertise (payroll, workforce, core HR).
• Hands-on with data migration, functional design, SIT/UAT.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
