Overview
This role is for an experienced Dynamics 365 professional who will take full ownership of a key internal CRM platform. The Product Owner will manage the development roadmap, drive best practices, and ensure the platform delivers maximum value to the business.
The Role
Based in Pocklington with a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days in the office). You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans. You will be hands-on in shaping the future of the platform to align with business goals and enable operational excellence.
What Youll Be Doing
- Owning and managing the internal Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, updates, and roadmap planning.
- Acting as the go-to expert for D365 Sales, championing adoption and best practices.
- Gathering and translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Managing and prioritizing the CRM change backlog.
- Coordinating with internal and external teams on upgrades, testing, and release cycles.
- Promoting innovation through the adoption of new Microsoft technologies and platform features.
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Expertise in D365 CRM, with hands-on experience in configuration and optimization.
- Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to define and deliver a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
- A user-focused approach, ensuring solutions are intuitive and impactful.
