• London: £36,469 to £54,704 per annum

We're seeking a candidate with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (Real Time) to support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems customers.

Your responsibilities will include logging, triaging, and resolving support tickets promptly, keeping customers informed, and ensuring systems are updated in line with supplier releases.

Using your analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, you'll interact with customers regularly and promote new features from updates. You'll monitor the daily operation of the Dynamics Sales and Marketing estate and manage changes safely following our change & release procedures.

With knowledge of Business Process Flows within Dynamics, you'll assist in designing and implementing new solutions under the guidance of technical leads and solution architects.

If you can troubleshoot and resolve customer support issues, act as the 3rd line of support, and train end users with relevant materials, we want to hear from you!
