OverviewDynamics Finance & Operations Functional ConsultantJoin us and support our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers. You’ll work closely with our customers to troubleshoot and improve our existing Finance & Operations system, engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release, and ensure change is managed safely by following our change & release process. You’ll also help design and implement new solutions with guidance from the technical leads and solution architects, monitor day-to-day running of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate, and identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support, and determining the impact and priority for incidents reported.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and improve the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system for customers.Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release.Ensure change is managed safely by following the change & release process.Design and implement new solutions with guidance from technical leads and solution architects.Monitor day-to-day running of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate.Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support.Determine impact and priority for incidents reported.QualificationsWorking knowledge and hands-on experience of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.Working knowledge of business processes within Finance & Operations (e.g., purchase ledger, general ledger, workflow).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Certification as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.Requirements / EligibilityHybrid working with base locations across England and flexible arrangements.Occasional travel to designated Clarion offices as required.Salary ranges: London: £36,469 to £54,704; National: £33,593 to £50,389 per annum. Hours: 36 per week. Contract type: Permanent.Closing Date: Monday 6 October 2025 at midnight.Must be eligible to work in the UK; Clarion cannot offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.About the roleThis is a hybrid role with base locations offered at one of our offices across England.
