Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Partner with our managed services provider on escalations and releases Improve processes and usability through root cause analysis and configuration changes Collaborate with teams across Salesforce, Data Platforms & Web Own documentation, user training, and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012) in global settings Strong understanding of key modules (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Procurement) Comfortable working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira Solid communication skills and a user‑first mindset Bonus: Finance or operations background, Power Platform exposure, or Microsoft certification
