Are you a highly experienced EA with extensive experience within Investment Banking/Private Equity?

Do you thrive working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment?

A prestigious Banking firm is looking for a 1st class EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a demanding and dynamic MD with some additional support to a small team

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules
• Inbox management/gatekeeping
• Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries
• Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality
• Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels
• Creating and editing reports and presentations

The skills you need to bring:

• Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking / Private Equity is essential – front office and/or client-facing team/dept highly advantageous
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate with senior management and executives
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong MS Office skills
