A really exciting opportunity to join a company that plans, delivers, and manages large-scale events and venues. They are looking for an EA to support their CEO and CFO for a 12-month maternity cover, starting ASAP.

My client seeks a highly motivated EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely loves their job, and wants to play a key role in the smooth running of an ambitious and creative business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage diaries, appointments, emails, and expense reports.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agendas.
• Act as a liaison between executives and the wider team.
• Support the running of the London office, including greeting guests and coordinating events.
• Assist with project reporting, presentation preparation, and travel planning.
• Provide personal support, such as holiday bookings and household admin.
• Collaborate with other assistants across global offices.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experience as an EA in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Experience in events management is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent, preferably in a business-related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Apple MacOS.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Calm under pressure and adaptable.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional.
• Confident, proactive, and eager to improve processes.
• Willing to travel within the UK and internationally as needed.
