Our client – a prestigious, top-tier international law firm – is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their Senior Leadership team.This is a rare opportunity to work with three senior leaders shaping the firm’s strategy, culture, and growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Board & Committee Support – Prepare, compile, and circulate Board packs and meeting materials, ensuring absolute accuracy and confidentiality.

Diary & Inbox Mastery – Manage complex, often shifting schedules, prioritising effectively across three senior stakeholders.

Project Coordination – Provide administrative and logistical support for firm-wide projects, from culture initiatives to strategic growth programmes.

Communication & Liaison – Act as the key point of contact between senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Event & Engagement Support – Assist with the planning and delivery of leadership events, firm-wide briefings, and People & Culture activities.

Document & Data Management – Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports to tight deadlines.

About you:

Proven EA experience supporting senior executives (legal, professional services, or corporate preferred).

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with diplomacy, discretion, and speed.

A natural relationship-builder who can work with stakeholders at every level.

Highly organised, tech-savvy, and proactive – you spot what needs doing before you’re asked.
