• Managing the Early Careers recruitment team
• Overseeing and directing the team with targeted outreach
• Managing stakeholders and keeping them informed on recruitment updates
• Planning and delivering the early careers recruitment process
• Reviewing applications for assigned regions
• Reviewing and implementing a national work experience program
• Managing relationships with local universities, colleges, and schools
